CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.
FULL INSURANCE
LVMOUS insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, Delivery will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with Delivery, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and LVMOUS no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
