- To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging only if the product was purchased directly from Lvmous.com
- You will be asked to provide your original order number, so please have this information readily available.
- Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 4-8 business days to be processed.
- No restocking fee need to be charged.
